Plz put a frame counter on it. Its very slow look at the reference and its timing more carefully. The extreme positions like the place it goes down in the start (anticipation) looks weak. Also work on extreme high position ( Where it is at the top ) Look for spacing Issues on root thats the pelvic area as well as other joints. Arcs also need to be adjusted.
